Who Are We
Kipley is a graduate of Auburn University and received her B.S. in Business Management. Before attending Auburn she was a proud Bronco from Brookwood High School. She resides in Suwanee with her wonderful husband Charles and has a daughter, Ansley and son, Chase.
Growing up she was fortunate that her family was transferred all over the United States and also to Brazil. The experience she gained doing this created a passion to help other families do the same. In 1997, she obtained her Real Estate Salesperson License and her Broker License in 2003.
She went to work for Prudential Relocation, a third party relocation company and became a Sr. Relocation Manager. While there she used her expertise to manage and oversee corporate transferee relocations across the United States. This included coordinating the total move process from start to finish. She was the Trainer for all new associates and assisted the Sales Team in the new client proposals and bids. One of the most exciting opportunities she had at Prudential was presenting the Cross Cultural Sessions for the International Relocation Department moving corporate executives in and out of the U.S. She was able to assist the transferee and their spouse on cultural differences between the U.S. and country they were moving to/from. Coca-Cola was one of the largest accounts she worked with on the international side. A few of her other domestic corporate accounts were- Toyota Motor Manufacturing, N.A., CVS Pharmacy, Siemens, and Burger King.
After working for Prudential Relocation, she joined The Home Depot in their corporate headquarters located in Vinings, GA putting her on the corporate side of relocation. Along with being named the Qualifying Broker for the company, she was a Relocation Coordinator in the Human Resource Department. At The Home Depot she was responsible for handling, on average, 250 transferees per year. Included in her responsibilities were managing the total relocation package and benefit policy. She also managed all of the third party vendors to help facilitate the move.
In January of 2006, Kipley and her father, Danny opened Storey Morrow Company, a full-service real estate brokerage firm that specializes in real estate sales, corporate relocation, and REO/foreclosures. Kipley is the managing broker of the company.
